Royalton received four coveted awards as part of the UK Property Awards 2011 for Princess Square. The company were awarded the top accolade, the ‘five star’ award, for ‘Best Development (Multiple Units) in Surrey’ and the ‘five-star’ in the ‘Best Residential Redevelopment’, plus ‘Best Residential Redevelopment in the UK’. Following the UK award, Princess Square went on to compete internationally and won the ‘Best Residential Redevelopment’ in the world.
